Balancer nPro, an extended version of Balancer for professional engineering tasks, has been released.
It is designed to optimize 3D models for:
- 3D printing,
- CAD / CAM,
- architecture,
- and any other 3D model optimization that requires metric specified accuracy.
Here is the list of the main features that Balancer nPro brings out:
- accurate metric-based tolerance simplification
- water-tightness verification
- units conversion
- support for STL format

Will there be upgrade pricing for customers who currently own Balancer 2.0 (commercial license) and want to purchase Balancer nPro (commercial version)? I would willingly pay the difference (144-52=92) for the nPro version but am less likely to buy a whole new license? Thanks,
