Mac Beta: Can't read or load the resulting file

The problem is related to Balancer for Mac Beta version 1.1.3.252.

Problem:
On some systems the resulting files that Balancer saves,
can't be loaded or read by Balancer or other applications.
The permissions of the resulting files are set incorrectly.

Workaround:
To solve the problem you need to open 'Get Info' on the resulting file
in Finder and add read-write permissions to yourself by pressing '+'
in the Sharing & Permissions section or change permissions of everyone
to read-write. Another solution is to open Terminal, go to your folder
and enter:
chmod u+rw yourfile_Reduced.obj.
